Bula Projects CC was founded in 1998 as part of Capital Civil and Building Construction’s initiative to create BEE opportunities.

Its early success included a maintenance contract with ACSA at Oliver Tambo International Airport, re-appointed four times, and the construction of the prestigious Airports Management Centre.

Bula Projects has since expanded its portfolio, securing contracts with Ekurhuleni, Caliber Management, and more, becoming a prominent name in commercial, retail, residential, and large-scale construction in South Africa.

Its history reflects remarkable entrepreneurial success in South Africa‘s vibrant democracy.
